Sancak Birben was born on 14 April 1975. He entered Marmara University English Faculty of Dentistry in 1992 and graduated with a degree in dental surgery in 1998. Between 1998 and 2000 he served as a dentist in the Turkish Armed Forces. In 2000 he joined the Dentistry Department of Alanya Başkent University Hospital, where he worked for 23 years. Throughout his career he received advanced training in implantology, dental laser, conservative dental treatment and sinus surgery.
